Who we are
LocalFriends is operated by Koda Inc., a company based in Tokyo, Japan ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
This website does not use forms, accounts or advertising trackers. We only collect the information you choose to send us — for example, the details you enter when booking a call through our scheduling provider (Calendly), or the contents of an email you send us. This typically includes your name, email address, company and any message you include.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Bookings are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on a third-party static hosting provider and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process standard technical data such as your IP address.
Retention and your choices
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
