Services

Three ways to put creators to work in Japan.

01 Japan & Korea

UGC Ambassador Program

Ongoing creators posting on dedicated accounts for your app. We run weekly creative briefs, 1:1 coaching and performance reviews, so the roster gets sharper every week.

  • Dedicated accounts
  • Weekly briefs
  • 1:1 coaching
  • Performance reviews
02 Japan & Korea

Micro-collabs

One-off paid posts from creators who already reach your target audience — for example high-school and college students — on their existing TikTok accounts. Fast reach, fast learning. Top performers graduate to the ambassador program.

  • Existing accounts
  • Audience-matched
  • Fast tests
  • Feeds the roster
03 Japan only

In-house Content Team

We design and run social accounts for your app end to end: concept, scripting, shooting, editing, posting and analysis.

  • Concept
  • Scripting & shooting
  • Editing & posting
  • Analysis

Also available

  • Localization & UI/UX review
  • User research & interviews
  • Customer support in Japanese/Korean (bug repro → dev-ready tickets)
  • Market entry & entity setup support
  • Partnerships & BD
  • PR & media

Mix and match by goal. Scope, markets and deliverables are agreed per project.

The problem

Your app works in the US. Japan doesn't respond to translated ads.

1

Translated creatives feel foreign.

Hooks that win in the US often fall flat here. Japanese viewers respond to native formats and real users — not dubbed ads.

2

Finding and keeping good creators is hard.

Sourcing, briefing, paying and coaching creators in Japanese is a full-time job. Most teams can't staff that from the US.

3

You can't tell what's working.

Posts, views and installs get mixed together. One viral hit hides the median, and nobody knows what to make next week.

How we're different

Built from real use. Run by people who live here.

We work like an extension of your growth team in Tokyo — close to creators, close to users, and honest about the numbers.

Product-first creative

Creators use the app before they make content. We brief on why someone keeps using it — not just on what gets views.

Creators we coach, not just book

Weekly 1:1s, feedback on every draft, and winning formats rolled out across the whole roster.

Reporting you can trust

We separate produced, published, measured and paid. We show the mean and the median. We never count a pending post as zero, or a “yes” as a post.

One Tokyo team, end to end

Sourcing, briefs, payments, analytics — plus localization feedback straight to your product team.

How it works

From kickoff to a weekly growth loop.

  1. 01

    Scope & research

Goals, target audience, a walkthrough of your product, and a map of the competitor and creator landscape.

  2. 02

    Recruit & brief

We cast creators, onboard them, and write first briefs with hooks and app-demo guidance.

  3. 03

    Produce & publish

Draft review, approvals, and posting on the agreed accounts.

  4. 04

    Report & iterate weekly

What worked, what didn't, and next week's briefs — plus product feedback from real users.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which markets do you cover?

Japan, fully. In Korea we run ambassador and micro-collab programs and offer customer support. The in-house content team is Japan only.

How fast can we start?

Creator outreach typically starts in the first week after kickoff. The exact timeline depends on scope, markets and approvals — we'll map it out on our first call.

Who owns the accounts and content?

It's agreed per project. Account ownership, access, content usage rights and hand-off terms are all set out in the contract before we start.

What does it cost?

It depends on markets, volume and services. We scope it on a call and share a clear breakdown of creator fees versus management fees.

Do we need a Japanese version of our app?

Not to start. We'll flag the localization gaps that creators and users run into — and we can help you fix them.

Why Japan?

Japan is a large, high-spending smartphone market, and Gen Z there spends a lot of time on TikTok and Instagram. Translated US creatives tend to underperform, so native creators who actually use your product are a real edge.
